Kiteshield. This shield is not intended for any purpose at all. Also, we own the DFS and other Spirit shields. It is most likely a shield made that is not degradable and used as a sign to wealth.
Interesting question. I came across the answer on Runescape. (See below); I would never have thought to ask. Jagex Mod Fetzki has rejected the idea. Sproeipoep69 asks: Will players ever be able to redo a quest (without receiving the reward) because they're enjoyable to complete and you've have made some changes to them?
Mod Fetzki. It was something we wondered if players would do to go back and repeat any quests, without receiving additional rewards. The Fur 'n' Seek quest lets you to play the boss fight, and also gain experience. But, the feedback from players was that if the rate of XP isn't more than the skilling rate, they wouldn't bother returning to fight again. I don't think this idea would garner any approval from our players.
When it comes to such topics I'm aware of how difficult to prioritize projects can be. It is worth spending development time to allow players to go through the same experience again, or to create something new. We think that quests should be widened to include more rewards and more engaging cutscenes. This will enable players to enjoy the game, which in turn can bring more pleasure. But, we'll keep the idea in mind of revisiting quests.
I think it's a shame that it will take too much effort for Jagex to allow players to re-do the same quest. If only one quest could be re-done, my choice is Dragon Slayer (...The final battle with Dragon SlayerAn open portal with a dragon's skull over the top. It's located behind Oziach and can only been accessed if the quest has been completed. In this manner, X people would each be transported separately to an Elvarg Lair, which would not hinder the fight against Elvarg in the first place.
